Atlasology
Atlasology, according to Walter Landis, is a gentle method of complementary medicine,
through which the 1st cervical vertebra - the Atlas - is centered.

The atlas can be shifted due to various circumstances - such as falls, accidents (particularly whiplash/cervical spine syndrome), mental stress, incorrect posture,

childbirth, hitting the head etc.

Atlasology improves the balance of the spine, and therefore the body posture as well as contributing to an optimally functioning nervous system.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a complementary therapy and has been a federally recognised method since 2015. At the heart of the method is the deep-seated ability of humans
to regenerate themselves.
Various circumstances in life – such as injuries, illnesses, challenging life situations, etc. – can impair natural bodily functions. Through gentle, resting hand positions, craniosacral therapy considers the person as a whole in order to bring out and strengthen their inner health.

The method has a clarifying, regulating, calming and strengthening effect.
